WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

        Our current processing time is 2-5 days. Once your order is ready, delivery            typically takes 7-21 business days. Please keep in mind that customs                    formalities may cause delays in some countries.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship daily from fulfillment centers located around the world. Your order will be shipped from the nearest center to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Wherever you are, our jewelry can reach you.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), as well as Apple Pay and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely to ensure your information stays safe.

WHAT ARE THE TAX (VAT) AND CUSTOM FEES?

All prices on our website include UK VAT (20% of the total price). Additional fees and taxes may apply once your order reaches customs in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

DURING CHECKOUT I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you encounter an error during checkout, it usually indicates an issue with your credit card information or billing/shipping address. Please make sure the billing address matches what your bank has on file, and double-check for any typos.

HOW DOES YOUR WARRANTY WORK?

Lelay Luisa™ offers a 48-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Please notify us immediately if your jewelry arrives damaged. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or lost/stolen items.
