Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just shoot us an email at partnership@lelayluisa.co or give us a call at +44 208 040 1787, and let us know your order number and which item you want to return.

Make sure the item is still in its original condition and hasn't been worn. We need it back with all its packaging within 30 days of receipt to process your refund. If the item is damaged or altered, we won't be able to issue a refund.

Once we get your return and confirm it meets our criteria, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes about 3-5 business days, and we'll email you once it's done.

Original shipping fees aren't refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For returns based on personal choice, you'll need to handle the shipping costs yourself.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the current one for a refund and then place a new order.
